The Deer Hunt

During the deer hunt this year we rented the Yurt up and Beaver Mountain and the whole family stayed in there. We had a blast . We played cards and watched movies. All us girls made watch bands while the boys hunted. It was fun to have one big place for all of us to hang out in. We even had three little babies in there and managed to get some sleep.

Lake Powell October 2009

We talked grandpa into beaching the boat once to look for sea shells

Clarks family went to Lake Powell in July and we couldn't go because we were about to have Kaden. Clark really wanted to go but he didn't dare leave me. I was glad because I went to the hospital while they were gone but they sent me home. We talked them into going again in October after Kaden had arrived and Lake Powell cooled off a little. It was a lot of fun. We actually drove there which was interesting because my kids are not use to road trips. They consider the drive to SLC to get on a plane a long road trip. It was a really fun trip. one of the days while we were boating we stopped and walked up to see Rainbow Bridge it was really pretty. Kaden did great on the boat he just hung out in his seat. One day Clark's dad threw him the rope to ski and it whacked him on the head and it was bleeding it freaked the girls out. That didn't stop him from skiing he just had his dad superglue it shut!!! Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. We decided to try and get some pictures with Kaden.

Clark's 32nd Birthday

Clark had to work on his Birthday this year so we celebrated later by watching lots of uninterrupted football. That is what he wants to do every year for his birthday. He loves having a Birthday in the fall . I felt bad so I brought him some cake in bed that night when he got home. We are so grateful to have such a hard working guy. He was holding Kaden who was fussy from getting shots the day before. What a good sport!! Happy Birthday Clark
