This year we did something different we went down to Salt Lake and spent the night. Clark had to work for a couple of hours on the 23rd so me and the girls went to the Gateway for a little girls day out. First we went to build a bear workshop it was so cute to watch the girls pick out and build their animals. Samantha chose a monkey she named Alicia that she dressed in Hanna Montanna clothes. Saige chose a bunny named Sophie that she dressed in a Snow white dress. They even got to give them a bath. After I toke them to the children's museum which was a lot of fun as well but the whole time we were there the girls were so excited about their new animals they just wanted to go back to the hotel and play with them so the museum was short live but is was fun. We pick up Clark and went to dinner and then back to the hotel. We planned on going to the parade in the morning but the girls woke up and wanted to go swimming instead so we watched part of the parade on TV wish was weird because the parade was just up the street. We went to temple square and went to the Joseph Smith movie which was excellent and the girls were glued and asked a lot of questions wichwas a great teaching opportunity. Last second we got tickets to the Days of 47 rodeo it was the girls first rodeo. It was very entertaining to watch. I think the girls favorite part was the cowboy hats that we got them. I am sure we could also find at the local dollar store. After the Rodeo we stop and let the girls run through the fountains at Gateway before heading home. We made it home in time for the fireworks in Logan but the girls fell a sleep in the car so we just came home and went to bed.

You guys do such fun things as a family. Your kids are going to have lots and lots of fun memories. It looks like you guys had a blast in salt Lake over the 24th.
Wow what a busy day! Since it was so busy we'll forgive you for not calling us (j/K). Those are beautiful pictures of the girls! Taya has the same swimming suit as Sage, it's cute.
No wonder you didn't want me to see your blog, you knew I would feel inferior and withdraw my from the web!!! Great blog, cute family, what more can I say!? Amy
Again, I can't speak English and don't proofread anymore, so I meant to say withdraw 'MINE' from the web, but I'm such a sticks-in-the-muds (inside joke ha ha)I can't think straight!
