Sage atleast got her feet in the sand it seems funny to see a winter coat on the beach

We decided to take the girls to Hawaii over Presidents weekend wich probably wasn't the smartest choice. We flew standby and the flight were filled up full we were able to get to Los Angles so we stayed there for a couple of nights. We went to Orange County to Huntington Beach were Clark's mom grew up. We went and walked around the pier even though the water was freezing Samantha our beach bum could not resist and rolled up her pants and headed in. Saige was asleep in the car for a while. She woke up the night before we left with the croup so she did not fee really hot for most of the trip but she had fun watching a bunch of people at the beach play drums and dance around. There was some interesting people that decided to join in. Monday morning we were able to get out to Hawaii. We decided to dedicate this trip to what the kids wanted to do so we spent most of the time at the beach and the swimming pool. Sammie had fun playing in the waves and we rented her a boogie board that she had fun riding the waves in on. Saige is like her mom we prefer heated pools so we waded our feet and stuck to the warm sand. Saige had fun building sand castles and watching some crabs crawl on the rocks. At the beach you could get enormous snow cones which were so yummy. It was so nice not to have a schedule.

That is the CUTEST ever picture of Sammi and her dad kissing her. You need to frame that one big! Dad's and daughters really do have a special bond don't they.
